Ladybug Wellness works with law schools, legal employers, and professional associations and organizations to raise awareness about mental health and wellness issues and available resources within the legal community.

Ladybug Wellness is committed to enhancing the mental health and wellness of lawyers and law students, with an eye toward improving morale, curbing attrition, increasing productivity, and cultivating happier, more successful lawyers. To that end, Ladybug Wellness works with law schools, legal employers, bar associations, and other legal associations and organizations to raise awareness about mental health and wellness issues within the legal community.

Specifically, we provide education and training on mental health conditions and wellness needs, available resources, warning signs, stress management techniques, and other coping skills. The content, scope, and format of each presentation is tailored to the needs, preferences, and size of each group.

Presentations range from informal small group discussions and skill-building workshops to larger, more formal speaking engagements.
