At Ladybug Wellness, we focus on mental health, as opposed to mental illness, meaning that we work with lawyers, law students, and paralegals to identify and address mental health and wellness needs before they result in a crisis.
We provide confidential, one-on-one, solution-based coaching, tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences. Our clients span all sectors and practice areas, and all career stages. Our work with each client is built on mutual trust, compassion, respect, transparency, authenticity, and non-judgment.
In partnership with our clients, we guide, advise and support them in identifying and addressing wellness needs and mental health concerns; developing boundaries, coping skills, and stress management strategies; and setting and pursuing personal and professional goals.
